Steam gobi florets with some turmeric powder and salt.

Heat the Kadhai on high flame and dry roast whole jeera. Add hing. Make a paste of ginger paste, turmeric powder, jeera- dhaniya powder, red chilli powder. Lower the flame, add the paste and cook for 1-2 mints.

Add the tomatoes and salt. Fry for few mints. Cover and cook till the tomatoes get mushy.

Add gobi mix with the fried masala. Sprinkle some water.Cover and cook on slow flame for 2-3 mints.

Garnish with some grated coconut and garam masala powder. Enjoy gobi masala.
