  1. 500 gmbottle gourd
  2. 150 gmpumpkin
  3. 25 gmvadi
  4. 3-4green chillies chopped
  5. 1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 teaspooncelery seeds
  7. 1/2 cupdescicated coconut
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    At first peel off the skin of bottle gourd and pumpkin and slice them finely

  2. 2

    Now heat a pan and dry roast the vadies and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add the celery seeds and chopped green chillies and mix the veggies in it

  4. 4

    Saute it well and add desicated coconut, vadies,salt and turmeric powder and cover.

    Stir it occasionally until the veggies get soft

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and mix well.Gsrnish it with chopped coriander leaves and desicated coconut.serve total health.
