Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4eggs
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomato puree
  • 4-5green chillies
  • 3-4 tbspnGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp grm msala powder
  • 1 tsp dhniya powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2-3 tbspnoil
  • Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan,heat oil,add Zeera.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and chillies.fry..

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree..Fry.

  4. 4

    Add Ginger garlic paste.. Fry.

  5. 5

    Add all salt and all other masala powder except chat msala.

  6. 6

    Add 1 cup water and let it cook for 3-4 mints.

  7. 7

    Now break eggs and pour one by one on masala. Don't touch it or mix it.

    Cover it and let it cook.for 5-10 mints.Keep checking in between.

    Sprinkle chaat masala on it..
