Ingredients

  1. 8habanero peppers
  2. 3Roma tomatoes
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. pepper to taste
  6. 1 tablespoonoregano
  7. 2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
  8. sea salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion into medium pieces, quarter the tomatoes, remove the stems from the peppers and cut them in half. Have the garlic ready, chopped into small pieces.

    In a saucepan, heat some oil and when it's hot, add the onions and let them soften a bit.

    Then add the garlic, tomatoes, and peppers.

    Cover and wait for the tomatoes to release their juice. When this happens, add 1/2 cup of water and the oregano, and let it boil for 3 minutes.

    When everything is soft, remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Pour everything into a blender and add the sea salt, pepper, and vinegar.

    Blend and serve.
