Ingredients

10 minutes
10 servings
  • Gadarangai -2
  • 200 mlGinjelly oil
  • 50 gmsred chilli powder
  • 3ts salt
  • 10 gmsfenugreek powder
  • 1ts mustard

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a frying pan add oil. Allow mustard to crack and then add pieces of Kadarangai.

  2. 2

    Fry this for 5 minutes add salt and chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Cook for 5 minutes. At last add fenugreek powder

  4. 4

    Pickle is ready to taste.

  5. 5

    Store it in a pet jar.
