Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesHilsa fish
  2. 1 tbspCashew paste
  3. 1 tbspFresh cream
  4. 1/2 cupCoconut milk
  5. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  6. 1 pieceSlit green chillies
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice
  8. As required Salt
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder (optional)
  10. For garnishing:-
  11. as neededsliced Lemon
  12. to tasteGreen chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish pieces with all the ingredients in a bowl for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Cook it in a air tight frying pan or kadai about 20 mins on a low flame until the fish is cooked.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with steamed rice.
