Ingredients

  1. White fish ie: tilapia, mahi mahi etc(1 fish makes 5-6 tacos)
  2. Corn tortillas
  3. Sliced or shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Cumin
  5. Garlic pepper
  6. Falvor God everything spicy OR chili and cayenne pepper
  7. 1-2limes
  8. Taco Sauce
  9. 2 Tbspmayo
  10. 3 Tbspsour cream
  11. 1 Tbsplime juice
  12. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  13. 1/2 tspTapatio or other hot sauce
  14. Thug Kitchen quick lime and cilantro slaw
  15. 1/2 headsmall cabbage
  16. 1small carrot
  17. 2 Tbsplime juice
  18. 2 Tbsprice vinegar
  19. 1 tspolive oil
  20. Pinchsalt
  21. 1/3 Cchopped cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    First season your fish with seasonings and a squeeze of lime and pre heat the grill.

    Let your fish set and start the slaw. Thinly chop cabbage, cut carrots into small matchsticks and chop cilantro and combine. Put lime juice vinegar oil and salt in a small glass and mix in right before serving.

    Make the taco sauce by combining all ingredients.

    Throw fish on the grill 3-5 mins until it flakes with a fork. Shred fish with forks

  5. 5

    In a skillet over medium heat put cheese on top of tortillas until melted. Flip over and crisp brown the cheese, the middle will slightly bubble up when ready. Take off skillet and immediately fold taco.

    Place fish, sauce and slaw together in taco and enjoy!
