Pizza Cones
For the love of pizzas...a little twist to snack

For the cone : Take 4 breads and cut off the edges. Then cut the bread diagonally. Then use a rolling pin and flatten the bread. Once done, apply water on the edges and roll it in shape of a cone packet. Repeat all steps for other slices. Preheat oven at 400°F and bake for 5-7 mins

For the stuffing: In a bowl mix pizza sauce, chopped onions, finely chopped capsicum, sweet corns (You can add vegetables of your choice). Add crushed black pepper oregano, red chilli flakes. Also add small cubes of paneer to this mixture.

Once the cones are baked and cooled, stuff them with the vegetables mixture made in step 2. Top it with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake the prepared cones at 400°F for 5 mins or until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve Hot with drink of your choice.
