First bake the karamani in a pressure cooker. Keep it aside.

Fry the rice flour in the frying pan.

In another pan add little water add jaggary, ellachi powder and coconut pieces. Let the syrup be thick.

Then add the roasted rice flour in it then make it as a thick.

Then make it into small vadais and then bake it in the steamer.

Sweet Kozhakattai is ready to taste.

For White colour, salt kozhakattai, In a pan add little oil.

Add mustard, urad dal, green chillies, coconut pieces and water. Allow to boil and add salt. Then add the roasted rice flour. Make it into thick paste.

Then make as vadai and steam it in the steamer.

Uppu Kozhakattai is ready to taste.

If it is taken along with butter it will be nice.
