Flash Garlic Steak (chopped)

Ryan
Ryan @cook_3020009

First chopped steak since I don't have enough money for a real steak. I would have taken a picture, but I ate it.... It is called the Flash Garlic Steak because this is a great quick fix to a starving tummy. It looks great as well especially serving with potatoes or eggs. I became inspired to create this steak due to paying $13 for a "Sirloin Steak" which was a mere chopped steak lacking everything from taste to color and drowning it in A1 didn't even make up for it. You can make a Flash Garlic Steak for two or four for $8 dollars (bought a two pound package). And I will argue for a better quality.
