Ingredients

  • 5 lbRusset potatoes peeled & diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 mediumYellow onion
  • 5 tspMinced garlic
  • 1 tbspSeasoned salt
  • 4 can14.5 oz of chicken broth (58 oz total)
  • 6 ozWater
  • 2 packages8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1as needed Bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, green onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Add potatoes to crockpot. Add onion, garlic, seasoning, & broth. Stir.

  2. 2

    Cook on high 5-6 hours/ low 9-10 hours

  3. 3

    After cooking is complete, add cream cheese and blend together with blender. Stir & combine. Serve.
