Ingredients

  1. 3 cupdried black beans
  2. 4 cupchicken broth
  3. 2 cupwater
  4. 1/4 cupred onion, chopped
  5. 4 ozgreen chiles, diced
  6. 1 tspsmoked paprika
  7. salt
  8. 1cilantro
  9. 1crushed tortilla chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cover the beans in water and boil 5 minutes. (Could be soaked overnight instead) Drain the beans

  2. 2

    Add beans to crockpot and add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook on low 8 hours.

  4. 4

    Puree a bit with immersion blender

  5. 5

    Garnish with cilantro and chips.
