Steps

Boil the 2 cups water on high , adding salt and a little oil. Once boiled. Put stove on low.

Add the one cup rice

Stir occasionally, once rice absorbes water keep aside until it cools down.

Place rice in a medium bowl. Cut olives in 4 making little pieces. Cut tomatoe aswell in little pieces and place in the bowl. And stir.

Drain all the oil from the tuna and put it in the bowl , mixing wellwith spoon or (hands( which comes way better.)

Finally add mayonnaise. Until you taste that its not dry. Or until its to your liking. Once thats done you can eat right away or place in fridge and it later . Its amazing both ways!
