Mash boiled potatoes mix boiled peas and all the spices mentioned for stuffing

For crust take maida in a bowl and add salt and ajwain, and knead the dough using water

Keep the dough for half an hour

Now make small balls of lemon size and flatten it of chapati size

It should be very thin.

Cut the chapati in two halves Take one half and apply water on the vertical side and fold it like a cone.

Keep this cone between your thumb and finger and fill in the stuffing into it and lock it from all the sides.

Make all the samosas this way.

Now take a wok and cover with a steel strainer on it

Spread cabbage leaves and place samosas on it, and cover the lid and steam it for 15 minutes.

When samosas get steamed...take another wok pour water, sugar turmeric powder and amchoor powder or lemon juice..

Boil till the water fully evaporates...

Little sweet and sour samosas are ready....
