Ingredients

4-5 slicebread
100 gramsmalai (homemade)
1/2 cupsugar
3/4 cupmilk
1 tspelaichi powder
2-3 tbspchopped dry fruits
1 tspKewra essences (optional)
A fewstrands of kesar (optional)

Steps

Cut the brown sides of bread.

Tear the bread roughly.

Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar accept malai and dry fruits.

Churn it till mixed well.add malai and give a quick short churn.

Add dry fruits. Set in a frezzer for 8 hrs.

Garnish with kesar and dry fruits.
