Ingredients

  • 4-5 slicebread
  • 100 gramsmalai (homemade)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • 2-3 tbspchopped dry fruits
  • 1 tspKewra essences (optional)
  • A fewstrands of kesar (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the brown sides of bread.

    Tear the bread roughly.

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar accept malai and dry fruits.

    Churn it till mixed well.add malai and give a quick short churn.

    Add dry fruits. Set in a frezzer for 8 hrs.

  6. 6

    Garnish with kesar and dry fruits.
