Fried fish in methi masala

First merinate the fish with some salt and lemon juice for 2_3 hours

Now wash the fish and add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and little beat of salt and mix it

Then fry it in oil

Now put the fish aside and in oil sauté the ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes puree and washed methi in it

Sauté for a minute

Then add all spices in it and cook for 5_6 min

Now add fried fish in it and cook for 5 min
- 8
Ready to serve....
