Steps

  1. 1

Boil the grape leaves. Note: Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/4 cup of vinegar to the boiling water. The vinegar gives the grape leaves a delicious tangy flavor.

  2. 2

This is my method for making the stuffing. Put the tomato juice on the stove with salt, spices, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until it thickens and becomes a sauce.

  3. 3

Chop the onions and garlic and mix them with the herbs, rice, and sauce.

  4. 4

Cook the ground beef with 1 tablespoon of oil without onions and mix it with the mixture. This is an important step.

  5. 5

After stuffing the grape leaves, melt the lamb fat and fry a little minced garlic in it, then pour it over the stuffed leaves.

  6. 6

Add broth to the stuffed leaves and cook them.

  7. 7

When you try it, let me know how it goes 😊👍

  8. 8

    Enjoy your meal 😍😍
