Soak chana dal overnight and boil it 90%.

In a bowl take chana dal, all the masalas, chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves, grated raw mango,sugar, poppy seeds, poha, chopped cashew and raisins.

Mix it well.

In another bowl take 2 tbsp wheat flour and add required water for gum paste.

Take Samosa Patti and at one corner put stuffing and then give triangle shape. At last corner spread gum paste and stick the corner.

Deep fry all the samosas.
