Steps

Wash the rice and lentil and keep aside

Heat a pan add oil

Tamper the whole masala and red chilli

Add the chopped onions and garlic saute well

Now add the tomatoe and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Further add the rice and lentil and combine well

Add water into it and cover

Check in between and stir to avoid burning

As the rice and lentil get cooked well add sugar and mix properly

Serve it with omlette and papad
