Steps

Place cauliflower florets and water in microwave safe and oven proof dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Carefully drain off the water and set aside.

To make the paste, coconut, poppy seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli, salt and little water are added, it should be a thick gravy.

Now add the paste with boiled cauliflower and mix very well

Put the mixture in a microwavable dish and bake for 20 minutes

The preparation is ready.
