Dice all fruits and veg

Put some amount of the chopped up fruits and veg into a blender

Add in the water into the blender and switch the blender on

Keep adding the fruits n vegetables bit by bit until everything's smooth and well blended

Squeeze the lemon juice into the smoothie and blend one last time

You can swap the vegetables and fruits as you like. Adding milk will also turn the drink into a smoothie.Add a banana for a creamier taste. Enjoy!
