Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°
- 2
Form meat patties. I use beef, but any kind of ground meat should be fine.
- 3
Place each patty on a square of aluminum foil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Any other seasonings desired can also be added.
- 4
(optional) Place bacon on seasoned patties.
- 5
Place sliced onions on top of patties, followed by potatoes and carrots.
- 6
Close foil around the patties & veggies, place on cookie sheet, then pop them into the oven.
- 7
Bake for one hour (60 minutes).
- 8
Take foil-wrapped awesome out of the oven, open the foil, and enjoy!!
