Ingredients

  • 400 glean pork
  • 1egg, beaten
  • 1small onion
  • 85 gfresh white breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped dill
  • 1 tbspeach olive oil and butter
  • 2 tbspplain flour
  • 400 mlhot beef stock (cube is fine)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the mince with the egg, onion, breadcrumbs, dill and seasoning.

    For the meat into small meatballs about the size of walnuts. This should give around 20.
