Steps

Prepare sweet shortcrust pastry at least two hours in advance.

Preheat oven to 170.

Add sugar and butter to frying pan (high), and while heating add apricot halves on top of mixture.

When sugar is caramelised take off heat, and cover with pastry.
- 5
Put entire pan in oven and bake for ~25mins till pastry is cooked.

Serve with cream and or ice cream.
