  • 100 gramsButter
  • 200 gramsFlour
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tbspChilled water
  • 1 tbspSugar

    Combine butter, sugar and flour in blender.

    Add egg and water. Blend.

    Chill pastry in fridge for at least 2 hours prior to use.
