  1. 100 gramsButter
  2. 200 gramsFlour
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 tbspChilled water
  6. 1 tbspSugar

    Combine butter, sugar and flour in blender.

    Add egg and water. Blend.

    Chill pastry in fridge for at least 2 hours prior to use.
