Ingredients

1 hour 10 mins
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcream of tartar
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Gradually cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

  4. 4

    Add dry ingredients -blend.

  5. 5

    Chill for 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Flour board and pin to make cutting easier.

  7. 7

    Bake for 10 minutes.
