  • 250 gmgajar
  • 150 gmsugar
  • 100 gmmava
  • 5grated almond
  • 5grated cashew nut
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 5almond for garnishing
  • 5cashews for garnishing
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Subse pehle gajar ko wash kar uske peel utarkar greate karo

  2. 2

    Ab ek cooker lo usme 2tbsp ghee add karo aur usme greate ki hue gajar dalo

  3. 3

    Ab hilate raho aur mava aur milk dalo aur 5 min cook hone do.sath mein hilate raho kyoki niche chipk and jaye

  4. 4

    Ab cooker bandh kar ke 4to 5 citi bula ke cook hone do

  5. 5

    Ab cooker khol ke usme sugar,almond aur caswnut mix karo aur 5 min cook karo aur chalate jao.

  6. 6

    Ab mix ho jaye phir ek plate mein nical lo aur spread karo aur usko dil shape mein cut karo

  7. 7

    Ab uske uper kaju aur almond se garnish karo aur freeze mein 1 banta rakho.

  8. 8

    Freeze mein se nicalker thandi barfi serve karo
