Ingredients

  1. Fish any fish Tilapia
  2. Luyang Dilaw or Tumeric peeled and grated
  3. Onions chopped
  4. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  5. 1 cupvinegar
  6. Coconut cream or gata
  7. 1finger chilies chopped diagonal
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In hot pan with oil sauté garlic, onions are fragrant and translucent then add the grated Tumeric stir making sure all ingredients are incorporated

  2. 2

    Add fish cook on one side the on the other add green chillies cover let cook then add the 1 cup of vinegar then cover and simmer then add Gata cover and simmer until fish is fully cooked then add salt and pepper to taste.
