In hot pan with oil sauté garlic, onions are fragrant and translucent then add the grated Tumeric stir making sure all ingredients are incorporated

Add fish cook on one side the on the other add green chillies cover let cook then add the 1 cup of vinegar then cover and simmer then add Gata cover and simmer until fish is fully cooked then add salt and pepper to taste.
