For poori......mashed aaloo ko bowl me dale,singhade ka aata dale sendha namak,laal mirch chopped dhaniya dale thoda pani dal ke ache se mix jyda geela na karein hum tikki form me thickness chaiye....oil garam karein and hatho se mixture ko poori ka shape de bht patla na karein oil me dale fry karein... poori ready
