Raw banana curd gravy

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgraw banana
  2. 2 tbspcurd
  3. 2 tspgram flour
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seed
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2garam masala
  9. 1 Pinchhing
  10. To tastesalt
  11. Oil has needed

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash the raw banana. Cut into pieces.

  2. 2

    Roast the gram flour, keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add all spices except garam masala.

    Saute and add curd and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add roasted gram flour, cut banana and enough water.

  6. 6

    Take 2 whistles, switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and serve with roti.
