Boil all veggies and dal by adding 2 cup water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles and 5 mins. Add slight salt and haldi

Once cooked mash the veggies a little bit.

Prepare tadka of rai, sookhi lal mirch, curry leaves and add the cooked mix to it

Add paste and taste to see if anything else is required. If using masala, add masala and tamarind and see if anything is required
