Ingredients

  1. 1 cupToor dal -
  2. Veggies - as you like (baingan, ghiya, aloo, gajar)
  3. Sambhar masala or paste
  4. Tamarind if using masala
  5. Salt
  6. Haldi

Cooking Instructions

    Boil all veggies and dal by adding 2 cup water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles and 5 mins. Add slight salt and haldi

  2. 2

    Once cooked mash the veggies a little bit.

  3. 3

    Prepare tadka of rai, sookhi lal mirch, curry leaves and add the cooked mix to it

  4. 4

    Add paste and taste to see if anything else is required. If using masala, add masala and tamarind and see if anything is required
