First wash and cut as per your shape all raw bananas and put inside salt water

Then cut onions and keep it a side

Then take a wok add oil and add onions and saute it and then. Add salt

Then cook for ten minutes then. Add raw banana pieces then again mix all and cook

Then close the lid and then add tamarind water and mix and cook for few minutes

Then add jaggery and mix and cook for ten minutes then add chopped coriander leaves and it's ready to eat
