Turai ki sabzi - serves 2

Steps

Put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds once heated

Add grated ginger garlic and saute

Add onions and green chilli and fry until golden

Add tomatoes and fry until cooked

Add salt, red pepper, garam masala, haldi and dhaniya powder and mix well

Add cubes of turai (washed, peeled and cut to cubes)and cook for 10 mins

Keep mixing in between so that it doesnt stick to bottom

Cook until it looks ready to eat or becomes completely soft
