Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.

Rinse under cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine the elbow macaroni and mayonnaise; mix well.

Stir in cucumber, onions, tomatoes, ham, cheese and peas.

Mix well.

Drizzle oil and vinegar over the top, season with salt and pepper, and toss.

Sprinkle dill weed over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
