Ingredients

4 eachboneless skinless chicken breasts
8 ozbox of zatarains yellow rude mix, cooked according to directions
1 cupcheddar cheese
10 1/2 ozcan cream of chicken soup
15 ozcan whole kernel corn, drained
1 largeonion, chopped

place chicken in bottom of crockpot

scatter chopped onions over top
3

spoon soup over top
4

cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours

a few minutes before serving, add in rice, corn and cheese

stir to combine and serve
