Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash and season chicken.
- 2
Season chicken in large mixing bowl.
- 3
Add buttermilk and set in fridge for an hour.
- 4
Season flour with salt and pepper.
- 5
Heat cooking oil.
- 6
Remove chicken from fridge. Make sure oil is hot enough for frying.
- 7
Dredge chicken in flour and add to the oil. Cook evenly on both sides if not deep frying.
- 8
Once chicken is done, let it rest on napkins, wire rack, etc.. Let the chicken cool entirely. I placed my chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 9
Preheat oven to 375
- 10
Cut chicken into reasonable size portions to be wrapped into 1 crescent roll.
- 11
Once you have wrapped chicken in the crescent roll, place into oven. Cook until crescent rolls are golden brown.
- 12
Enjoy plain, with gravy, or your favorite condiments! I like mines with an ice cold Miller Fortune!

Dunno, guess this sandwich is tribute to all of the forgotten character actors of yesteryear. Plus it's turkey pastrami... get it?.. The Partridge Family?.. Turkey. Reuben.. Devilsnew -

Joe's Special Joe's Special
The standard Joe's Special involves eggs, ground beef, and usually spinach or greens of some type. In my mind though, it refers to just about any kind of ground beef based hash. This is the kind of thing you cook when you're tired, there's not much in the fridge, and you just want a decent meal. I encourage you to adjust the recipe to include whatever you've got on hand.
