  • 100 gmsooji
  • As neededghee
  • 4 pieceswhite rock sugar
  • 3 cupmilk
  • 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp dry fruits

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Sooji is fried in a pan with ghee in low flame

  2. 2

    When Sooji become light brown add milk, rock sugar and stir

  3. 3

    Stir with cardamom powder and dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Sooji payesh is ready.
