Assemble all ingredients.

Remove seeds of dates. Cut into pieces.

Dry roast dry fruits & poppy seeds.

Chop dry fruits.
- 5
Grind dates into paste.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add dates paste. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Add dry fruits. Mix well. Remove from heat.

Combine all. Make log and roll it in aluminum foil.

Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.

Take it out from fridge and cut into rolls.

Dates & dry fruits rolls are ready to serve. Enjoy sugar free rolls.
