Steps

Wash the goat head with hard sponge,to wash off the dirt very well.

Boil in a pressure pot with enough water and intense heat for 1hour.allow it cool then cut.

In a pot put palmoil,in a small bowl add 3 teaspoon water to the potash,sieve out the liquid and pour inside the palmoil.

It will turn yellow mix very well.slice the onion and fresh pepper and add to it.add salt to taste.

Roast the ehuru(that is my mummy's style) in a dry pan and blend then add to to palmoil.

Use a wooden spartula and mix till is well corporated.pour in the boiled goat head and turn.

Put knorr cubes and turn again.slice the utazi leaves and onions in big rings.

Serve and enjoy with a cool drink
