12large tomatoes chopped
2large onions diced
2large green peppers diced
2large red peppers diced
1 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
1 1/2 tbspsalt
2 tspdry mustard
2 tspsugar and 2 of brown
2 tspchilli powder
1 tbspgarlic powder
3/4 tspcumin
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspred pepper flackes
3large jalapenos seede and diced
1/4 bunchcilantro chopped
7jalapenos or 3 -4 habrinaros

Steps

Combine all ingredients to a large pasta pot.

Reduce heat to a strong simmer uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Chill and serve with your favorite chips
