Ingredients

1Buy. 1 box of won ton pi or squares
2Combine 3/4 pound fresh ground pork, half a pound finely chopped shrimp, 10 water chestnuts finely chopped, 6 stocks of green onions finely chopped, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon shoyu, dash of white pepper, 1 tablespoon sweet wine. mix well
3Place. 1/2 teaspoon of pork mixture in the center of the wonton square. Brush the edges with water. Fold in half and twist the corners.
4Fry. In the deep fat oil until golden brown.
5Serve. Plain or with hot mustard and shoyu sauce.
