Ingredients

1 hour
  • 2garlic bulbs
  • 1 cupchili peppers (as spicy as you can stand)
  • 1container yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 2 tspcilantro chopped fine
  • 1olive oil
  • 1/3 cupgreen onion
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    cut tips of garlic off to expose cloves drizzle olive oil over them

  3. 3

    wrap in foil cook in oven for 30-45 minutes

  4. 4

    roast chili peppers till soft

  5. 5

    pour tomoatoes onto foil lined sheet pan and cook till soft in oven

  6. 6

    combine all ingredients into food proccesor.
