A very tasty, quick, and easy recipe! Although the omelet in the rice might seem strange, the flavor it adds is truly unique!

First, cook the basmati rice and when it's ready, place it in a bowl.

In a large, deep pan, add a little sunflower oil and pour in the 2 eggs after beating them into an omelet with salt and pepper. The omelet is optional.

When it's ready, remove it to a plate, add a little more sunflower oil, and add the shrimp.

Fry them for 2 to 3 minutes, remove them, and add the onion and garlic.

Once sautéed, add the mixed vegetables. Sauté and then add the rice, shrimp, and omelet cut into pieces to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped green onions, mix everything well to combine the ingredients, and add the soy sauce.

Serve on a platter and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
