Add evo and sauté onion and jalapeño until really soft and add garlic until fragrant

Add beans, beer, salt, cilantro, cumin, lime juice and bring to a simmer for roughly 15 minutes to reduce some of the alcohol and cover and reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes. If there is still too much liquid just simmer with the top off until reduced.
