  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 2 dropsRed rose essence
  • 1 tspElaichi powder
  • 1/4 cupDry fruits (chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabudane ko raat bhar bhigoden and drain karlen.

  2. 2

    Ek heavy bottom pan me 1 tbsp ghee garam karen aur sabudane ko transparent hone tak bhune kareeb 7se 8 mins.

  3. 3

    Ab baki sare ingredients daalke cheeni ka pani sukhne tak pakayen and baki ka ghee dalke 1min aur pakayen.
