Fried bhindi potatoes sabzi

First grind the onion and tomato then add coriander leaves in this purée &. Grind again.keep aside

Cut the potatoes in round shape and bhindi cut in to middle (not full cut just cross it)

Now heat the oil in kadhai and fry the bhindi and potatoes in it.

Now take out the extra oil and heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.

Now add onion tomato, coriander leaves purée and green chillies paste and cook for a minute

Now add all spices and some water and cook it until oil leaves from it...

Turn off the flame and add fried bhindi, potatoes and mix it very well..and serve it..
