Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen gram(moong with skin)
  2. 1 cupurad dal

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak both the dal for 4-5 hours

  2. 2

    Grind to fine paste. Keep for fermentation

  3. 3

    Add salt in the morning steam in idli steamer for 9-10 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney and sambar
