Ingredients

  • 1 cupwatermelon chilka(white and slightly red part)
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • Pinchhing
  • 5green chilli
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspblack til
  • 1 tspseasome seed
  • 1 tspsaunf optional
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a watermelon chilka part white and slightly red part which is waste from chilka and make a puree with ginger and green chilli

  2. 2

    Now mix above all ingredients in puree and knead a tight dough.

  3. 3

    Keep aside for 15 min

  4. 4

    After that roll a poori with rolling pin and deep fry in hot oil

  5. 5

    Ur poori is ready to serve with any pickle, subjj, dal, kadhi or curd.
