Dough...mix flour,salt,egg yolk and chilled water together untill crumbly,add chilled water to form a dough,refrigerate for half an hour.roll out and cover your pie dish (8 inch dish)prick the base with folk,keep in the fridge for half and hour,bake blind for 15 to 20 min.

Filling...take a pan,add butter,add garlic and onion saute untill transparent,add chopped blanced spinach,shreded chicken,add flour,till water evaporates,season with salt and pepper.

Flan....whisk milk eggs and cheese together,season with salt and pepper.

Assembly...take a baked pie crust,fill with spinach chicken mixture,fill flan,grate more cheese on top,bake for 15 to 20 min at 160°C till the done,cool and slice...njoy😊
