Ingredients

  • 500 glean mince beef
  • 1/2red pepper
  • 10 gleek
  • 25 ggreen beans
  • 25 gspinach
  • 3cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • Pinchthyme
  • Pinchrosemary
  • 200 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in the pan and add the mince and the herbs.

  2. 2

    Once the mince has browned add the veg for 2 minutes then pour in 200ml of water.

  3. 3

    Leave to simmer for 10 minutes, drain off the water and serve. You can either serve it with or without sauce.
